As a Postgraduate course, applicants should have a Level 8 first degree, minimum grade 2.2, in any subject.
There is a route for Exceptional Entry but you will need to supply extra information about your education and experience.

- The course is part-time and entirely online. You can access recorded lectures by our team of subject matter experts whenever you like, as often as you like. Lecturers will pose questions and set short exercises throughout each of the 3-hour lectures.
- The programme consists of three Modules of 8 or 9 lectures each, released in TUDublin’s virtual learning environment – BRIGHTSPACE – generally on a weekly basis. Plus two live online tutorials per module.
- Module assignments consists of the collection of your responses to the in-lecture exercises, reflective reviews of KAM in your organisation, and a complete strategic account plan for Module 2.
- You should allow a significant amount of time for reading, self-study and research/exploration of KAM practice in your organisation.
- Check if you have your degree certificate and, if it’s not in English, you’ll need an authorised translation of it. If you are applying for exceptional entry, get your CV and references together.
- Complete the application form and upload your degree certificates and translations. If you are applying for exceptional entry, complete the additional details and upload your extra documents.
- Wait for confirmation that your application has been accepted.
- Pay the course fee of €3,000 euros (by card or direct to bank) and receive the Student Handbook containing everything you need to know.
- TUDublin will register you as a student and send you a student number, dedicated email address and access to the learning platform Brightspace.
- You will be emailed with details of the introductory online tutorial (date in Student Handbook) and you’re off!
