Our events generally take a popular workshop format. Focused presentations by experienced practitioners and KAM experts are followed by group discussions on interesting questions and challenges: everyone present can share their experience and benefit from others’.
In 2019 we start with a workshop on an issue requested by many members and guests - Influencing in KAM. It's what KAM programme and key account managers spend their life doing, yet they get very little help on how to approach difficult issues. We have two fabulous speakers for this workshop who will run very interactive sessions in which you can participate and learn.
In June the University of Bocconi in Milan hosts our workshop on customers and relationships, including that tricky one with Procurement. More details to follow.
The output of discussions and input presentations are uploaded to the website afterwards as a resource to members.
