- The course is part-time and entirely online. You can access recorded lectures by our team of subject matter experts whenever you like, as often as you like. Lecturers will pose questions and set short exercises throughout each of the 3-hour lectures.
- The programme consists of three Modules of 8 or 9 lectures each, released in TUDublin’s virtual learning environment – BRIGHTSPACE – generally on a weekly basis. Plus two live online tutorials per module.
- Module assignments generally consist of the collection of your responses to the in-lecture exercises and reflective reviews of KAM in your organisation.
- You should allow a significant amount of time for reading, self-study and research/exploration of KAM practice in your organisation.
